Welcome to our new-look competitions page. Here you'll find full details on all of the prize draws and competitions that will take place on the site, brand new competitions and games with hot prizes, and details of other competitions we are running through the website, our forum, and our mailing list.

Next to each competition listed here will be a link that will either be a direct link to the file or website where the competition can be found, or an email link to allow you to enter. Feel free to enter as many competitions as you want to!

We have added two new competitions over the last couple of days, one offering some great prizes linking in with the forthcoming "Evil Dead: Fistful of Boomstick" game for the PS2 and XBox, and the other is for all you gamers out there where you can win some gaming accessories...

Colin McRae Rally 3 - NEW

A brand new comeptition here for all your PC owners. Thanks to Codemasters, we have three copies of this new racing game to give away. Being released on 13th June 2003, this has been converted from the PS2 and XBox and is set to repeat the success of the other versions of the game.

The game offers a range of playing modes over a wide range of tracks in different countries. With stunning visuals and full in-car audio and instructions from Colin's co-driver, this is one rally game you must own.

In your email, leave your name, address, date of birth. Entries must reach us by 30th June 2003, and the winners will be the first three correct entries drawn at random from all of the correct entries received.

Gaming Goodies - NEW

We have a selection of console prizes to give away through our discussion forum. Between 7th June 2003 and 31st July 2003, we will be giving prizes away in four different categories on the forum to the members who start the most popular discussion threads. All you need to do is go to the forum, sign up if you are not already a member, go to one of the sections offering a prize and start a new thread. At the end of the competition, we'll see what is the most popular thread in each category, and the person who started it gets the prize for that format.

There is no limit to the number of threads you can start, and you can post replies to your own postings, but you must not continually post to your own threads without other forum members posting. The competition is open to all forum members, all ages, and is open to members anywhere in the world. You can enter in all of the categories, and post as many times as you like. The prizes (and categories) are as follows:

Gamecube - S-Video/phono AV cable, gold plated connections and SCART adapter (S-Video component for US machines only)

Evil Dead: A Fistful Of Boomsticks - NEW

This is the latest game based on the movie series and is a 3D action adventure. Starring the voice of Bruce Campbell who played Ash in the movies, and offers stunning graphics and is due for release on 27th June 2003 for the PS2 and XBox. As an added bonus, the game comes complete with a copy of the movie "Evil Dead 2" on DVD. As such, the game comes with an 18 certificate.

Thanks to those generous people at THQ, we have some great prizes lined up. Two runners-up will each win a copy of the game on the format of their choice, but the first prize is something rather special... As you can see from the photo here, as well as a copy of the game, the first prize winner will also get two Evil Dead collector dolls, plus a copy of the first movie SIGNED by Bruce Campbell!! This is a prize that no Evil Dead fan can be without.

Devil May Cry 2 - Playstation 2 - competition closed

Thanks to those wonderfully generous people at Capcom, we were able to give away no less than FIVE copies of Devil May Cry 2 for the Playstation 2.

In a follow-up to the smash hit PS2 title, Devil May Cry, Dante returns in an adventure that promises to be twice as impressive as the original epic on 28th March 2003. Devil May Cry 2 comes on two discs, each featuring a separate adventure, one for Dante the other for a brand new playable character Lucia. While each character undertakes different quests their fates are inextricably linked with plot and action crossing to add depth to the engrossing gameplay.

As the adventure begins, it is soon obvious that both hero and heroine share a common cause, yet their focus is different. For Lucia, her nemesis is the shadowy Arius. President of a multinational business conglomerate, Arius has harnessed the power of the underworld to increase his dominance in the human world. As his power has increased so too has the stark city he inhabits. Its evil influence is spreading across the land known as Vie de Marli and already encroaching on the old town.

Dante has another target, the Demon King, who is providing Arius with the means to execute his diabolical plans. Success for Arius will result in the Demon King breaking his seal of imprisonment and enslaving the Earth. Is Arius aware of the consequences of his actions? Regardless, the fate of mankind lies in the hands of the Demon Slayer and the mysterious female.

Straight from the bowels of hell come a whole slew of brand new enemies for our hero and heroine to do battle with. From the flame throwing Pyromancer to the Golem with its regenerative powers and bosses such as the enormous monkey like Orangguerra, Dante and Lucia will have to keep cool heads if they are not going to end up as worm food. But if the going gets really tough both characters can transform into their alternate devil states unleashing super powerful attacks on Arius' minions.

To compliment the new gameplay features and character attributes Devil May Cry 2 takes the breathtaking look and feel of its predecessor and doubles the quality on every level. The producer, Tsuyoshi Tanaka, has been able to double the resolution to give Devil May Cry 2 a supremely beautiful and magnificently gothic feel. Both interior and exterior locations are highly detailed and steeped in atmosphere, from dank underground caverns to hi-tech factories, a sinister metropolis with its towering skyline to a European style village.

The five copies of this game were being given away by us here at Infinite Frontiers in TWO competitions. The first, with one copy at the prize, was run on our forum and closed at the end of March 2003. The winner for that competition was DAMIAN CADMAN from DEVON. Congratulations!

The second competition closed on 7th April 2003 and to win, all you had to do was answer the following question:- What is the name of the female lead character from the first Devil May Cry game?

The correct answer was B. Trish, and the four lucky winners were:- ROSS BONES, KEVIN HAYNES, ADAM ROBERTSON, and AFFAN ZAMAN. Prizes will be sent out shortly. Congratulations to everyone who won.

TOCA Race Driver - PC - Competition Closed

Thanks to Codemasters, we gave away FIVE copies of the limited edition Promo version of TOCA Race Driver to give away for the PC.

This is the conversion of the superb PS2 racing game that is now available for the PC and XBox. Released on 28th March 2003, the game now features an extensive story mode, more options and control over your car than you can shake a stick at, as well as a lengthy competition mode, single race options, time trials and much more.

The game now features more cars on the track at any one time compared to the PS2 original, as well as other enhancements including online and network play, 5.1 audio and a staggering 38 tracks - more than most other racing games on the market today.

The copies of the game that we have been sent by Codemasters are the RARE limited edition promo copies normally only sent to the press (see pack art) and we are giving all five copies away from in a simple competition. All we asked you to do was tell us the name of the male lead character in TOCA Race Driver's story mode.
